COVID-19 Guidelines

We are following all government procedures. We are trying to keep everyone as safe as possible. We will be open normal hours: Tues - Sat 10 - 6, Sun 12 - 5 and closed on Monday. We are wearing masks. We would appreciate your use of a mask. 

Existing service work procedure:

We will continue to deliver serviced bikes as long as we remain open. This will be based on Gov. DeWine's orders. We will take payment over the phone or in store, your choice. Let us know you have arrived by phone and we will bring your repaired bike and a receipt outside .

New service work procedure:

Call with Make, Model and Color of bike and/or details. We will give you a work order as a receipt when you drop  off the bike. When finished we will follow existing service work procedure.

NEW: Text messaging

If you need to contact us by text for questions about service, sales or anything else please use 330-741-1569. We will be using this number to text finished work orders.

We will be renting bikes again during the 2022 season.

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to the store and we will determine the course of action to correct the situation. Please see below for return policy.

Rental Bike and Test Ride Policy

For the safety and security of all customers, helmets are required on all bike rentals and test rides. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS!

We have complimentary helmets for your use, or you can use your own!

We also need a driver’s license for security purposes.


Any product that is not used and in the original package will be eligible for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.

Non returnable products include bicycles and any product that has been used or installed.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices on our website. We strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. New Service: Pickup and delivery of bikes

We now pick up and deliver your bike for a small transportation fee.
